HOW NUDO IS MADE / PESTO

Bold flavour.
Distinctive texture.

Our green pesto brings together fresh basil, pistachios, olive oil and Grana Padano DOP — a cheese with a protected designation of origin.

Texture matters to us just as much as flavour. The small pieces of ingredients give our pesto its character and distinctive bite.

Our red pesto combines sun-dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds with fresh basil, olive oil and Grana Padano DOP cheese.

HOW WE MAKE OUR PASTA

Texture
makes a difference.

We use an Italian pasta machine fitted with bronze dies. We extrude the pasta slowly, with a focus on quality.

The dies give the pasta its characteristic rough surface, helping sauce cling to it.
